As they're only end-user apps, I am progressing forward.

Gotta package kunifiedpush for Neochat (Optional, but it'd be a nice thing to have)

kunifiedpush is also slated to be in Gear as of 24.12.

This is all done, Neochat is built and umbrello too. I just need to package kunifiedpush.
