Plasma-welcome got a nice patch (only in) KDE6 for mobile devices(phones) to fit their screen.
@marcdeop did provide us with a nice copr for that patch for F39 - we can use for our older plamo images.

With the upcoming update to plasma 5.xxx - could we pls get this patch into Fedora 39 ?
( don't believe F38 is needed)

I don't see any reason not to do this. @marcdeop, please make sure this is captured as part of the Plasma 5.27.11 update in a couple of weeks.
