The kpeoplesink package is necessary to sync contacts between the Plasma Mobile apps, i.e. Phonebook and Spacebar, and a Nextcloud account added via the KAccounts. It has several dependencies on KDE packages that don't exist in the Fedora repositories. It also hasn't had an official release yet. See this issue for details on that.

We were able to confirm that this issue is able to be closed per @ngompa
also we should tag this with the mobile just for tracking purposes
