I found this license, dont know if its up-to-date.

So unrar is free and free to distribute, so its available in regular Fedora repos.

It would be really good to include it in the OSTree distros, to make Ark able to decompress these files, which is the only purpose of the program.

No need for unrar. Ark includes unar as a recommends, which is GPL licensed, and handles esoteric RAR features.

We are not preinstalling unrar as we already have the capability supported in unar preinstalled with ark.
