In my opinion it is pretty safe to remove these packages (qt3-devel, qt3-designer and its dependencies) from the group as KDE does not use anymore Qt3.

This should free a few MBs from the system.

In later releases Fedora maintainers can think about removing everything related to Qt3 (which isnt a lot) as It is not supported anymore.

Is it in time to remove it in Fedora 38 or the window already passed?
