Should we follow this to configure Fonts on KDE/Qt apps?

If it's a KDE recommendation I can't see why not.

but I am not sure about emoji sides

I'd love to see this fixed so we can have colour emoji back. Currently, at least in notifications, you get ugly monochrome ones.
