This is a super nerdy developer tool that regular users are unlikely to use or benefit from.

We can't, it's used by Plasma.

See #170, #150, and #115.

So it's a downstream bug that the crappy pseudo-unmaintained KHotkeys KCM depends on it and doesn't have a sensible UI when it's not installed. Gotcha.
