In current okular spec file mobile version of okular is disabled. Plus "kirigamiokular" is not compile as well.

I tested roughly with "re-enable" mobile variable and it compiled and okular opened but mobile executable didn't compile without any cmake parameters. For that reason we need to add "-DOKULAR_UI=both" variable (options : desktop,mobile,both)
