To the best of my knowledge, System Settings > Regional Settings > Date & Time > Set date and time automatically wasn't enabled by default. Only noticed it when the PC Time drifted from NTP Time a few days ago

Installed Kinoite by rebasing from Silverblue

Did you kept NTP enabled during the Silverblue installation?

Ahhh crap now that I remember it, I don't think I managed to get my network connection correct during install in the first place. That may be why. Sorry 😅
