First attempt to fix the artifact name worked, but broke compose ID using 'Fedora-37-20220407.0' instead of the expected 'Fedora-IoT-37-20220407.0'.
This second attempt to fix artifact names, re-adds the old short name and instead removes the 'variant' (IoT). This should fix the artifact names, and correct compose ID
