I'm unable to change my password in Bugzilla. When I try I get an error:

Error 500 - Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request.

For administrative assitance please contact bugzilla-owner@redhat.com

I emailed that address last Monday (2021-05-17) and received an automated response saying that ticket RITM0905772 had been created in ServiceNow. I've not had any further update, though.

I checked the ticket and according to the status, due date to response is today. hoping to get a response

There's not really anything we can do here... we don't run bugzilla or have any visibility into it's logs. ;(

Feel free to let us know if there's anything we can do from our side.
