I am aware of master->main, but even fresh checkout does not build and errors with Unknown build target: rawhide-candidate.

Which version of fedpkg do you have?

fedpkg-1.40-1.fc33.noarch

Try updating to 1.40-2 it's in stable. You can even try 1.40-4 which is in updates-testing.

fedpkg-1.40-2.fc33.noarch works
