We are experiencing problems in CI when talking to koji. We check if tasks we want to use are in waiting state, and that started to prolong (>10 minutes) around

There was an issue between the koji client and db, this should be fixed now. Please let me know if there is any more issues

P.S. there were also some issues with signing related to this so it may require a rebuild if the builds weren't signed.
