CSR generated and sent to site.

I moved this to use letsencrypt since the digicert was expiring today and we have not heard back from issuer.

I also collapsed stg into 1 cert for all the domains and prod as well, so it's just 2 letsencrypt certs now instead of a bunch of them.

I also cleaned up a bunch of broken certs, and some domains that we no longer need certs for.
