#9501 FAS Login error using Bugzilla

I am routinely getting a "500 - Internal Server Error" when trying to login to Bugzilla using my FAS (imcinerney) from both Firefox and Chrome on my F33 install. There are not many details provided on the error page, just to try again and contact the admin if it persists.

I have tried multiple times just now (between 12:00-12:26am London time 1st December), and there is no change in the error being seen. I have also cleared all the cookies and data from Firefox and still receive the error.

So I was able to reproduce the error and went server side to check it. There was no traceback so I was a little clueless.

However, Patrick was kind enough to step in and help us. It turns out we changed some paths while re-deploying ipsilon in a VM in staging and (2 months later) when re-deployed ipsilon in production, these new paths broke production.
Patrick has fixed the issue in https://pagure.io/fedora-infra/ansible/c/a07e65afdc903d4485f3867dfe0241cbb005eb14?branch=master and we're now able to log in again in bugzilla and AWS.
