I'm trying to access https://fedorapeople.org/groups/virt/virtio-win/direct-downloads/latest-virtio/virtio-win.iso

It seems up and working for me...

Can you attach output of 'curl -v -L https://fedorapeople.org/groups/virt/virtio-win/direct-downloads/latest-virtio/virtio-win.iso' ?

You have some kind of issue with your dns resolution there. Check your nameservers and resolv.conf?

hmm, its weird, its an issue with my local environment
