#9414 Advice: Judy-devel required but Judy already in RHEL

Per https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1854339 we have a problem with Judy where it is available in the AppStream repository for El-8.2 however Judy-devel, which we need, is not.

We understand there is a requirement not to provide packages in EPEL which are already in RHEL.

Could we get some guidance on the best path to resolution please?

Request it be added there and when it is, epel will pick it up too.
