The fullfilelist in module fedora-enchilada and in module fedora-secondary are the same, and contain the file list from fedora-secondary.
fedora-enchilada isn't a module?
can you provide full url to both on dl01.fedoraproject.org ?
[bellet@mandril ~]$ rsync dl-iad04.fedoraproject.org::fedora-buffet/fedora-secondary/fullfilelist --no-motd -rw-r--r-- 95,835,797 2020/10/22 16:07:06 fullfilelist [bellet@mandril ~]$ rsync dl-iad04.fedoraproject.org::fedora-buffet/fedora/fullfilelist --no-motd -rw-r--r-- 95,835,797 2020/10/22 16:07:06 fullfilelist
I can confirm, but I have no idea how this might have happened. Fortunately quick-fedora-mirror doesn't use that file (while the database generator does create it, solely for backwards compatibility).
Is it possible that the file lists are all generated in the same (possibly temporary) directory?
I'm not sure how this would have happened either, but I regenerated both of them. ;(

something regenerated identical fullfilelist a couple of minutes ago (new content in fedora-secondary probably, this new fullfilelist contains qcow2 files with today's date "20200923")
