Increase quota on netapp volume for koji to avoid running out of space issues. Some manual clean up job were run by @mizdebsk but a larger partition is probably necessary

Smooge has advised that this is not possible

There is only 100 TB of disk space for koji to use. When it hits that amount there is no more disk on the system to get. The solution is going to require splitting /mnt/fedora_koji into multiple NFS partitions with some of them with high churn to be put on trees which can be better limited.
