Reopen Issue

Update the Infrastructure Status to down until full service is restored.

Restore the DNS A records for mirrors.fedoraproject.org.

As soon as possible since it prevents users from updating after their first installation which gives a bad impression of Fedora stability.

Report may be bogus. I had forgotton I had isolated multi-user.target to troubleshoot some video issues but had forgotten when I went to reinstall kmod-nvidia. Unfortunately my double check from another system with dig I typo'd and was checking against mirror.fedoraproject.org, not mirrors.
