The badges app is alerting on nagios a lot about not being able to handle the fedmsg queue

PROBLEM - badges-backend01.iad2.fedoraproject.org/Check fedmsg-hub consumers backlog is CRITICAL: CRITICAL: fedmsg consumer FedoraBadgesConsumer backlog value is 60619 (noc01)

We have silenced the alerts in nagios for the time being.

@misc may be able to help on this?
