#9130 Create a new sysadmin-monitor-gating group to manage acess to monitor-gating playbooks

Describe what you would like us to do:

  1. create a new sysadmin-monitor-gating group (membership in sysadmin should be a prereq)
  2. members should be able to run sudo /bin/rbac-playbook playbooks/openshift-apps/monitor-gaing.yml to update the monitor gating python script running on openshift
  3. add asaleh, scoady and wwoods to the group

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

The group has been created with @asaleh as admin and @wwoods and @scoady as sponsor.
Rbac and sudo have been configured to allow that group to run the monitor-gating.yml playbook.

Then I've called: ansible-playbook /srv/web/infra/ansible/playbooks/groups/batcave.yml -t rbac and ansible-playbook /srv/web/infra/ansible/playbooks/groups/batcave.yml -t sudo

And from discussing with @asaleh it looks to be all good :)
