Processing SCM requiests is PITA now due to such timeouts. I've also seen many timeouts from admin.fedoraproject.org/accounts.
I am unable to submit builds to koji due to PDC outage:

ok. I stood up a pdc-web02 instance... so now if one is down the other should take over and the load should be spread. From logs it seems like there was only a short time this morning where it was throwing the 503s. ;(
Anyhow, I am going to close this, but if you see it happen again, please re-open and include the exact time you saw the issue so we can match it up with logs. ;)
