http://fedoraproject.org/static/hotspot.txt is the URL NetworkManager uses to check whether it's connected to the global internet or not. So it's a bit of a problem that proxy101 and proxy110 return 403 for it...proxy01 and proxy10 are fine.

this is causing openQA tests to fail because it results in GNOME Shell's hotspot login thingy going wonky. So it's a bit of a problem for me. I can't easily work around this in openQA because the consequence is that the GNOME hotspot login window might suddenly appear and not go away again at any time GNOME is running - that's very hard to deal with in openQA test code.

OK hotspot.txt is on the server in the correct place but everything on those proxies is mislabeled. Looking to fix.

For some reason this part of the playbook is getting skipped on proxy101 and proxy110 so it needed a check added. Please test to see if I fixed it correctly.

It's working now. Don't know what the playbook issue is, though. Should we close the ticket or leave it till you can figure that out?
