Fedora 30 is EOL. Please remove is from Koschei.

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

Any time.

I dont know how this is done, maybe we should add it to EOL doc. If someone working on it, please ping me and I will follow it and will update the EOL doc so that releng can do it next time.

FYI, login to os-master01 and oc project koschei, then oc rsh to the 'admin' pod.

In that pod run:

koschei-admin edit-collection f30 --force

it will take a long time, but then it's deleted.
