to test use of nuancier (https://github.com/fedora-infra/nuancier) with OIDC
and to be able to update the documentation at

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Infrastructure/Authentication

When do you need this to be done by? (2020/04/27)

You can self-register to iddev, only the staging and production instances (id.fp and id.stg.fp) will need a secret provided by us.

Yeah, just self register. Let us know if you run into any problems with it...
