What kind of group is it meant to be and who are to be the initial members of it?

The purpose of this group is to hold developer (snapshots) builds of maistra (https://maistra.io/).

We already have the maistra group, which holds "official", released builds of maistra. We don't want to mess with it hence this request.

In this bootstrap efforts for development builds, I'm the only one working on it; Once this passed the PoC phase and I demo to the team, all others from maistra group can join. I can add them later, no need to add them now.

This is for a copr group I am pretty sure. ;)

https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/groups/g/maistra/coprs/ is the other group they mention using.
