We have: https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora-secondary/updates/testing/32/Modular/ppc64le/Packages/os/
it should be: https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora-secondary/updates/testing/32/Modular/ppc64le/

There was a similar problem issued before for f31 with https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/issue/8169 solved by a manual change by @adrian
Could we have same correction here ?

Fixed and live in about an hour.
