Please create a new group named 'nu-radio' for me. Thanks a lot!

When do you need this to be done by? (2020/02/08)

Could you expend a little bit on what you would like to use this group for?

We have different types of group depending on usage, so it would help us figuring out which group we should create.

i would like to use the group for several python packages on COPR, e.g.
