Do we have any alternative? I mean something related to Fedora Project, CentOS or RedHat?

Not at this time. This service was run by a volunteer who has had less time, and we have found that the sks service has been under a lot of attacks. We do not have the resources to keep it running, keep it secure and not affect other services. If an alternative service can be found that volunteers can set up we can look at it later this year.
