At least 2 results are missing in resultsdb:

Can't find them on https://taskotron.fedoraproject.org/resultsdb_api/api/v2.0/results?testcases=fedora-ci.koji-build.tier0.functional

So the consumer was broken because someone touched the configuration for resultsdb's fedora-messaging.

I fixed this by running playbooks/groups/resultsdb.yml -t ci_resultsdb and restarting the consumer which then caught up with its queue et voila: https://taskotron.fedoraproject.org/resultsdb/results?testcases=fedora-ci.koji-build.tier0.functional
