#8545 infra tags: the 'latest' symlink is not moved to the latest target

So, the problem was that I archived the fedora 29 builds, but we had one of them tagged into f30-infra. So, when it went to make the dist repo it failed. :(

I moved that build back and made a new dist-repo and all is back on track now.
