Issue #8542: waiting for build override takes too long - fedora-infrastructure

$ koji wait-repo --build python-copr-1.100-1.el7 epel7-build
.. hangs almost an hour for me ATM ..

Is this OK? Usually the build override applies quickly
(confirmed by overriding the same packages in el6, epel8,
f30+).

@smooge was working on the rhscl repos and somehow one of them got moved from where koji expected it. :(

I linked rhel-server-rhscl-7-rpms to the rhel-server-rhscl-7-rpms.old and ran a newrepo and it should be back now.

@smooge: you will need to make sure that repo exists or we change it in koji.
