#8511 SCM request is not going through
Closed: Fixed by mohanboddu. Opened by fab.

Describe what you would like us to do:

Can somebody please check why https://pagure.io/releng/fedora-scm-requests/issue/21007 is reporting "The PDC branch already exists".

It's a new package. I don't know how to check it any further than what I get back and I can't find the entry on src.fpo.org

$ fedpkg clone python-requests-futures
Cloning into 'python-requests-futures'...
No such repository
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.
Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.
Could not execute clone: Failed to execute command.

https://pagure.io/releng/fedora-scm-requests/issue/21008 and all other requests then says "The Pagure repo does not exist" because 21007 is not done.

@limb took care of a dozen requests of mine and that's the only one that is making problems.

When do you need this to be done by?

It would be nice if it could be resolve in a few days because the package is a dependency for others. Thanks

This requires someone to delete an item from the pdc. That is limited to @mohanboddu and @pingou

I do not have any access to PDC :(

I should be able to create the project on src.fp.o manually if needed though.

fedscm admin processes pdc and then dist git, sometimes the branch is created in pdc and due to some connection issues or others dist git is not processed. But when the ticket is processed again, it looks at pdc and thinks everything is fine.

Created https://pagure.io/fedscm-admin/issue/27 to fix it in fedscm-admin.

This has been fixed now.
