I submitted rpms/perl-Test-Simple for building in Koji. It failed https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=40049942 with in internal Koji error:

RetryError: unable to retry call 11 (method host.initBuild) for session 92663731

Whenever I resubmit the task or submit a new one, the new task https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=40051011 fails with:

GenericError: Build already in progress (task 40049942)

Canceling the original task (koji cancel 40049942) does not help. Please kill the task.

@ppisar Please try cancelling the build with koji call cancelBuild perl-Test-Simple-1.302170-2.fc32 then resubmit it.
