In the distgit-bugzilla-sync project on openshift, I see this output when running the command on the terminal of a running pod:

curl "https://partner-bugzilla.redhat.com"
curl: (7) Failed to connect to partner-bugzilla.redhat.com port 443: Connection refused

Is there something blocking us on the RH firewall?

I've added the same trick as @zlopez did with the-new-hotness in: https://infrastructure.fedoraproject.org/cgit/ansible.git/commit/?id=e615e42a07746c39838f9f7ffb23b38364bc847e
