Issue #8416: robosignatory broken in staging - fedora-infrastructure

I've been testing the rawhide gating workflow in staging and it seems builds are not being signed.

Looking at the robosignatory logs, I see no traceback, so I'm not quite sure what is going on there :(

Fixed. It was the vault. Somehow it became disconnected from the bridge.

I don't see any errors in the logs, so it might be just that the bridge was restarted without also restarting the vault.
