After discussing with @smooge we've agreed that I'll look at upgrading src.fp.o to 5.8 on Tuesday next week (assuming #8404 goes smoothly).

This will include an upgrade of pagure-dist-git which brings some changes to the database schema, but these changes are backward compatible.

So if we have any issue, a simple downgrade and restart of the services will work.

This is done.
