As part of the move of Elections into Communishift, we realized we need to be able to do FAS queries. Separately, I wanted to create an account that only has cla_done so I can test voter-qualification changes.

Is creating an electionsbot account in FAS the best way to accomplish one or both of these goals, or is there a different approach I should use?
