Looks like an issue with the proxy playbook, and an old cert got deployed. I've rerun the playbook and it seems fine now.

I'm going to investigate how that happened, and perhaps add some monitoring, but that can be on another ticket.

I'm not sure what are you talking about, the https://fedoraproject.org/ is working without issue. Not complaining about expired certificate anymore.

There was a window when it came back, because of the non-idempotent playbook. It appears fine now though, yes. Tracking the needed changes in #13051
