#12978 Initial decommissioning of Nagios, w/c Jan 5th
Closed: Migrated to Fedora Forge by ryanlerch. Opened by gwmngilfen.

Per the discussion in https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/t/migration-of-nagios-zabbix-project-new-plan/147060/17 we need to:

  • Move Zabbix notifications to #noc
  • Start removing things from Nagios that are monitored in Zabbix

@kevin @james what do we want to do with the Staging Zabbix alerts? also in #noc?

I don't think that's a great idea, at least until we have "shush zabbix" in a bunch of places (thinking about people "randomly" rebooting staging machines). Not even sure we should then.

I think we could leave stg in it's own channel forever?

Fair enough, I have left it there. Notifications are in #noc for prod. There's a [PR]https://pagure.io/fedora-infra/ansible/pull-request/3032) for the first batch of deletions.

Shall we keep this open? or close it ?
