Describe what you would like us to do:

The FFmpeg 8 update with 325 builds (includes libudfread and libbluray, as well as KDE Gear updates) is stuck in "Pending" state. OpenQA tests are failing, probably due to this issue, but waiving test results doesn't help.

I'd like the update to be submitted for testing as soon as possible, because it's blocking other updates.

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

As soon as possible.

I've moved the update, but it's now stuck again due to conflicting builds.

I'm not sure this is a good place to file / track this. :)

Maybe refile this against fedora-qa ... or ping someone in qc/ci about where it should go.
