Thanks for setting up neuro.fedoraproject.org for us. It redirects to: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/neurofedora/overview//.

The extra slash at the end seems to break the CSS somehow. I'm also speaking to the docs team to see why that happens, but in the meantime would it be possible to please tweak the redirect from neuro.fedoraproject.org to eat the ending slashes somehow so that the page renders correctly?

This should be easy to fix, the redirect just probably has trailing slash, which isn't needed.
