Accessing any page on src.fedoraproject.org always results in a "The connection has timed out" error. No outage is currently listed on https://status.fedoraproject.org/.

Hi, we are aware of that, there is some network slowness in RDU3 we can't do much about. There is internal ticket open and we are waiting for Red Hat IT to investigate.

Not sure if this is adjacent or a new issue, I can't seem to refresh Koji repos with timeouts when requesting http://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/repos/f43-build/latest/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml
