Anitya is currently rate-limited, so new package update bugs are not filed e.g. test checking results in
Unable to retrieve the latest version from upstream! ERROR: "Error when checking for new version: Rate limit was reached. Will be reset in \"2025-07-03T17:42:17+00:00\"."
Depends - if it's just a one-off related to the DC move, it's not as time critical; if we need to get them to allowlist the new IPs maybe it's more important
That is normal, because it checked all the projects on first run. The ratelimit will reset after one hour. I'm trying to work on increasing the GitHub ratelimit with contact I got in GitHub.
