I'm unable to open a new Pull Request on Fedora infrastructure ansible repo on pagure.io.

My fork is https://pagure.io/fork/mattia/fedora-infra/ansible but when I try to open a PR (from the bodhi-sawing branch) I get a "Forbidden You don't have permission to access this resource." error.

It seems that the same error is returned whenever I try to open any webpage other than the main Overview.

I open this ticket to check if there's a general issue going on on pagure.io, but if it's just my fork which got corrupted I can just delete and recreate it.

Having a quick look at my branches gives the same error, so I'm roughly 99.9% this is "some pagure features have been turned off due to bots" ... it will be turned back on eventually.
