Describe what you would like us to do:

A spammer was able to somehow subscribe twice to the gss-proxy@lists.fedorahosted.org mailing list, and started posting rubbish.

I tried to remove the account from the list management interface but whenever I try to remove both or only one of the entries I get back an error:
"An error occurred while processing your request."

It would be nice if the error could be fixed, but I am ok also if admins can forcibly remove this account immediately.

The spam account is: "pio kijio" sellapinky08@gmail.com

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

I banned both emails from this user globally, also removed it from other lists, but when trying to remove from gss-proxy I receive the same error message. Will investigate it

I couldn’t determine how this user managed to subscribe twice to the list (gss-proxy.lists.fedorahosted.org), I’ve taken the following actions to resolve the issue:

  1. Manually removed the user from the list (forced removal).
  2. Globally banned the email address to prevent further subscriptions.
