Hello,
metalink for epel-10 seems broken, causing install failures.
Returned links to repomd.xml are wrong. e.g.:

https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/10/Everything/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml
instead of:
https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/10/Everything/x86_64/os/repodata/repomd.xml

@smooge #12199 is this issue. So you either referenced incorrect one or this is not a duplicate.
