It appears IPA is down.

1) Kerb tickets are unable to be obtained
2) id.fedoraproject.org is returning 403

As soon as we can.

First thing I'd check is keytab validity for all IPA services, especially services responsible for replication. I mention this due to this issue starting to poke it's head yesterday (about 24 hours ago) intermittently. Last time I experienced something like this (intermittent, then failed) an automated refresh of the authentication subsystem for replication wasn't working correctly.

yeah, this was me trying to lock some things down, apparently thats not an option. ;(

I reverted my changes, and it should be working again now.
