Describe what you would like us to do:

Fedora Atomic Desktops updates composes are not synced to the stable ref.

They do run correctly: https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/compose/updates/Fedora-40-updates-20240422.0/logs/x86_64/Everything/ostree-1/

https://pagure.io/fedora-infra/ansible/pull-request/1969 correctly updated the branched location for F40.

Not sure what's missing now. Maybe it's expected before the release tomorrow?

I'm filling this issue "early" as this happened for the past two releases already and I want to be pro-active this time.

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

Ideally before F40 release, otherwise as soon as possible.
